Question about reviews from Book Launchers May 12, 2026 video

@Julie Broad – Hi Julie, Can you please clarify something in this recent video you posted? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HNpJExCw_g

At 3:55 you said the following… “now more than ever you should prioritize verified reviews.”

Then at 4:21 you said to “really avoid outside copies or PDFs as much as possible with your reviewer pushes.”

So, in light of this, what about the standard practice of ARC copies that readers receive via Booksprout, Book Funnel, or PDF? This has been my main way of getting initial reviews for my new books. How would I change this to receive verified reviews from ARCs?
