I verified with a Live Chat agent at DepositPhotos and the license agreement pages on DepositPhotos.com that giving credit for photos that are not Editorial Use Only is optional. The photos I use are not Editorial Use Only. They're just regular photos. Honestly, several of the photos I've used are for recipes so I don't want to say Deposit Photos under the photo and I don't want a long list of image sources at the end of the book saying Deposit Photos cuz it will look weird in a cookbook. But, I do want to make it clear in my copyright notice in a single line or two that all images came from Deposit Photos. However, I'm having a heck of a time knowing how exactly to WORD that properly in legal terms. Can I PLEASE get your help with the wording? Is this written correctly (below)? I have no idea if this is sufficient. Please let me know what you think or please suggest something better. Here's what I've got... "All images used in this book are licensed from Depositphotos under a Standard License that permits commercial use." I spoke with a live chat agent at Depositphotos and she said that if I wanted a general reference for all the images I could say the following (below) but this is all she gave me and I don't know how to put this into a sentence. DepositPhotos / Royalty-free for commercial use Also, I don't know if I should say royalty-free or not. Do you know? Should I say royalty-free? I heard it's better not to say that because it can be misinterpreted. But then others say I should say that. Also, if I'm writing a single line or two in the copyright page to cover all the images, how do I write the company name, Deposit Photos? I don't know which of these ways I should write it: DepositPhotos or DepositPhotos.com or Depositphotos or depositphotos.com Ugh! I'm so confused! Help!

@Joe Tyndall Thanks for your response. As far as I know, it seems to be good at checking for punctuation and grammar. It's also good at finding things like duplicated text or spelling errors (of medical words etc) that I wouldn't even notice.

Thank you all for your help. I posted this question because I ran across a video on youtube the other day, just in passing, about someone who had their account terminated because her cover was too similar to someone elses cover. I'm also part of a Skool publishing group where someone there also had their account terminated for having a cover that was too similar to another cover. I know that there are many covers on Amazon that look alike so it surprises me when I hear of people having their accounts terminated due to their covers looking too much like another cover. It's confusing and concerning. That's why I wanted to reach out for some help in how to think about this.
