KDP "apply Digital Rights Management (DRM) to your files" ?
So, when adding my ePUB to Amazon KDP, there's an important question about DRM that once answered can never be changed...
It asks "apply Digital Rights Management (DRM) to your files?" followed by "Note: This cannot be changed after publication."
Everything I've read basically says "Nah, don't do it" but I also don't see a reason NOT to do it now in 2025...? Most of the arguments against doing it don't seem to apply anymore, like... nobody can download their Kindle files to USB or whatever these days and it doesn't impact sales outside of Amazon, since it's just for my upload to KDP...
Anyway, what option have y'all chosen and why...? :)
