Do I need Marketing Help? (I know I do but.....)

I have been getting a ton of DM offers of marketing assistance for my book via social media and email. Either from my web site, or through Linekdn, easily 50 in the past two months offering to revamp all of my marketing, Amazon, Goodreads and other marketing approaches to cater to changes in Amazon, or just get better reviews and results. To be clear marketing (Just ask Sarah, Shane and the team) is my worst thing. I hate it. Cannot...will not self promote. Here are my concerns:

Cost. When monthly profit is somewhere between 0-20$...its difficult to justify spending hundreds on revamping the campaign/accounts.
How do I distinguish quality professionals from scam artists?
How can I trust someone with my Amazon and Goodreads accounts?
