New Meaning: The Great Wealth Transfer

Yes it's really health that is the wealth - this is a cliché that is always true. Today is my second day of transferring files from my old academy platform to Skool, and I'm reordering and hopefully strengthening courses as I go.

Also trying not to go down ALL OF YOUR WELL-FURNISHED RABBIT HOLES!

My God, there is so much to do see and be about on Skool. And the links to positivity on YT, well those are seeds worth revisiting and planting again and again. So I save to Faves or other categories.

My people - what do you need to stay focused? Or is releasing tension from caregiving & social sermons the thing you prefer? I love Tapping for that. For today, inside myself, I keep hearing-- Walk around the block. That's what I'll do shortly - in the spirit Shrek enjoying life/nature/good health.
