So , I thought I would do pushups, and try to find out my max. I made a video and I feel so not satisfied. It's the form that's making me feel bad ig. It's been a year and I hv started feeling like I can't even get push ups right ! Here's me doing those pushups and pls , y'all , pls help me find out the mistakes in my form and how to get better.
