NOT AGAIN!
Pushups again !!
So I am noticing this from past few chest workouts( which is Obv pushups and all , no weights ) that I feel my chest a lot during the workout but the next day my front lats pain so fuch ! My chest isn't even that sore . I don't know why this is happening. I have been doing push ups for a log time now ..my elbows don't flare out , they make an 45 degree angle , I do pushups in controlled way .
However...I may be having a arched back ..( but only in some reps when I get too tired ) can arched back be a reason for the pain or is there anything else concerning it . Any advice will be helpful..!
