MUSCLE UPS
I just did my first ever muscle ups today and got 3 in a row. Although the form isn't the best I'm still pretty happy with it nonetheless.
How do I increase my reps from here and clean up my form?
For context I am able to for 15 pull ups and 45 dips in a row.
