Wheeew!
I did my first ever stability session and ohhh mayyyyy, it felt like when I went to a pilates class for the first time and ended up destroyed (in the good way hahahaha) ... I have some questions:
  1. Is it normal to not be able to stand more than 1s without holding???
  2. How you do to keep the ball dry, I sweat a ton and ended gliding down!
