BIG CHANGES IN THE SCHOOL... (please read)
I discussed this in the last live chat but wanted to make a post to make it clear for everyone... For those who have been in here some time it may be clear I haven't had the same focus on this Skool that I did for the first few years (up until 2025 really). I recently got my first house but bigger then that am now expecting my first child (due next month) with my beautiful partner. Also Rope Flow has taken off and so managing Way of the Rope is taking a lot more time then it once did. A lot of the chapters in this school are fun and valuable chapters of physical development/education. Like side quests, tools, tricks and practices - but for me when my body is feeling good (which thanks to many of the practices I have shared here it is ) all I want to do is run in the hills! (if this is what you desire too then I feel there is a pretty clear trail of breadcrumbs to follow all within this skool) As passionate as I am about running and love talking about sharing what I know and am learning - I know that isn't for everyone. It also feels like a long game now as progress is very gradual and just takes consistency. This leaves me doing less poking around on the fringe edges of the 'fitness industry' and more just developing my own heart, lungs and legs for the demands of traversing hills and mountains as effortlessly as possible. All these factors combined have left me with limited time, limited desire and limited new wisdom to share here. So for now I have decided to put the School of Biomechanics on sort of a pause. How will it work? I have made the skool free for everyone. All you need to do is cancel your membership and then when it runs out rejoin it for free. However you may see that all the premium courses i created here are now paid courses. Everyone that has been in the skool since before 2025 (or people who paid for a yearly membership) I am happy to re-instate every program for you no extra price at all just message me and I can do it. For everyone else who joined in 2025 - for every month you were with my before this date I will give you two programs, just message me and request which one you would like.

Amazing news!!! Welcome to this amazing journey!!! ✨
Stability training
It’s my first week in the gym this week. My, my this is hard. I did my 3rd session today. I felt like I had progressed in my second one but today (3rd session) felt harder than yesterday’s. Is that usual? I’m slightly wondering if my ball has gone down a little, could that make it harder? I don’t even know how anyone is balancing on their front but I’m sure my body will work it out at some point. Should I wait until I feel comfortable with this weeks positions, maybe replaying again next week before moving onto week 2 or just plough on?

Hiiii I feel so happy to find someone starting like me hahahahha I'm on my 2nd week but repeating the 1st week drill because I still can't manage staying balanced on the belly hahahha but I guess it'll come along ... Now that you mention it I'm not sure about the ball going down, should we like inflate again if that happens??? I believe comfortable is not what you should aim, in my case I started holding all the time, now I can stand from 10 to 30 seconds depending of the position except for the belly position where I barely stand 1sec now in no position I am comfortable it's not painfull but shaky oh mayyy shaky shakyyy hahahaha hope that helps!!!
Hiiii
Hahahaha yup, it's me again!!! I finished my 1st week and I'm repeating it because I feel I need to be able to manage this week in a better way in order to move to the 2nd week!!!! So far, the being in the belly part still can't handle staying for more than 1sec 😭😭😭 but I'll keep trying ... when is it ok, to involve rope flow in this stability path??? Have a great week y'all!!!
🤔🤔🤔
Is it "normal" that just today that it's my 3rd day doing the week one of the stability course I can barely hold close to 10sec the kneeling position? Around 5sec the sitted and like 2sec the belly position? Is there any "easier" variation in which I need to work on before hoping into the ones on the module?

@Timothy Shieff it helps, and I'm doing just that, thanksss!!
Wheeew!
I did my first ever stability session and ohhh mayyyyy, it felt like when I went to a pilates class for the first time and ended up destroyed (in the good way hahahaha) ... I have some questions: 1. Is it normal to not be able to stand more than 1s without holding??? 2. How you do to keep the ball dry, I sweat a ton and ended gliding down! Have a great day!!!

@Timothy Shieff hahahahaha well now I can hold 10s in kneeling and I feel more "in control", today I tried sitting but like holding the ball with the feet and I was able to kind of play with balance and shakes and on the belly, any tip? Hahahahha still can't find a way to hold the balance in this position and my upper back like shoulders mostly whoaaa I feel the tension there ... Thanks for replying!!
