It’s my first week in the gym this week. My, my this is hard.
I did my 3rd session today. I felt like I had progressed in my second one but today (3rd session) felt harder than yesterday’s. Is that usual?
I’m slightly wondering if my ball has gone down a little, could that make it harder?
I don’t even know how anyone is balancing on their front but I’m sure my body will work it out at some point.
Should I wait until I feel comfortable with this weeks positions, maybe replaying again next week before moving onto week 2 or just plough on?
