Natural Running
Hi everyone - interesting video, which many of you perhaps already saw in the 12 years since publication - https://youtu.be/zSIDRHUWlVo?si=E3G13hGT-_6BQXt-
Hi @Timothy Shieff ! I'm asking this here, since I don't see a running thread. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm curious on your thoughts on this approach of natural running. Is this method one you would recommend?
  • He mentions a stable core. He does seem to locomote, but doesn't particularly mention coiling core. (I'm aware that stable core doesn't necessarily mean stiff core).
  • The exercise with the resistance band (in the end of the video) reminds me of your exercises in the Strength module.
Thanks in advance!
