Hahahaha yup, it's me again!!!
I finished my 1st week and I'm repeating it because I feel I need to be able to manage this week in a better way in order to move to the 2nd week!!!!
So far, the being in the belly part still can't handle staying for more than 1sec 😭😭😭 but I'll keep trying ... when is it ok, to involve rope flow in this stability path???
