I've just started the Stable program (4 days ago) and really enjoying the Swiss ball work. My movement background is varied (tai chi, yoga, acroyoga, inline skating, running), have been practicing a bit of flow rope recently too.
Anyone else recently joined? Would be nice to have some shared community on this journey. 🤜🤛
My plan is to complete the Stable program and then start exploring other courses on the platform.💪
