#Week One (Follow Along) really felt my left ankle and left calf during 2 min one legged stand vs right leg (comfortable enough) - both legs felt very different. belly I can't hold it for more than 3-5 sec at time - work to do. planks at the moment on the floor - still super challenging! my first day felt easier than today's second day. Also my ball feels too soft - it's pumped within the instructed parameters... doesn't feel right. is it ok to pump a bit or shall I just leave it - what's your advise Tim? thank you
