When is the right time to scale?

I just want to start off by saying that I am extremely grateful, The days of worrying are so far in the past that I sometimes need to remind myself how grateful I am to be in the position I am. The fact that I can say that I can I am making around 45/k a month use to seem like a dream, but the dream is very much a reality. The main attribute I can attest this success to is knowing when the right time is to scale your agency. The most important thing is having the demand, if there are not enough clients seeking your services, and if you still have time in the day to relax, then you are not ready to scale. There are many more things that you need to have checked off your checklist but I'm not going to take up all of your time(time is money).
