Running a one-person agency made me realize every client needs the same basic path.
Otherwise you're rebuilding your process every time 😅
Prospect - linkedin.com for finding potential clients
Close - gohighlevel.com for pipeline + follow-ups
Deliver - n8n.io for automations and client systems
Track - sheets.google.com for client KPIs
Retain - floment.ai for client projects, tasks, improvements, and next actions
Prospect → Close → Deliver → Track → Retain.
The biggest shift for me was treating retention as part of the workflow, not something you think about when a client is about to leave.
What's been the hardest part to systemize in your agency?
