Just dropped a YouTube video breaking down how I handed my whole editing process to Grok Bot.
The thing that holds back more agency owners than anything else is content. Creatives for your own ads, organic content to build a brand, and ads good enough for clients that the results turn into case studies.
Most people pay an offshore editor $40 USD a video for a basic edit, then burn half the week on quality control.
I now run three Grok bots that work like a small production team.
A Creative Director that handles strategy, scripting, hooks and quality control.
A Video Editor that does the actual cutting, captions, colour and audio.
An Asset Scout that finds your B roll, sound effects, music and logos.
You only ever talk to the Creative Director. Voice note an idea, film the raw footage, upload it, and the other two do the rest. The average short form video costs me about $5 AUD in credits versus roughly $60 AUD for a cheap offshore edit.
The bots are only as good as what’s baked into them. I spent $5,000 USD and two months working with a creative director who has run content for some of the biggest personal brands in our space, and every call transcript and SOP from that went into the Creative Director bot. Nobody outside this community is getting these.
Install all three on your Grok account:
Creative Director
Asset Scout
Video Editor
Watch the video before you touch them so you know how to set up Frame and Notion and brief the Creative Director properly.
Then drop a comment with what you’re producing first. I’ll be in the comments helping you get the first one out.
