Knees
So I’ve been wearing the revive for a few months and have felt benefits but I have been feeling some pain in both knees and recently started doing more stretching and just bodyweight squats to strengthen i feel it’s improving especially with the body weight squats. I haven’t heard anyone talk about pain appearing in places other than head and neck from reviv. Anyone else experience anything like this

Yea, it makes sense what you’re saying. My posture has improved, I’ve literally grown like a 1/2 inch. My knees have been feeling better since doing the bodyweight deep squats while holding on to something for balance. If anyone else has any knee issues it’s helpful, it feels like it’s recruiting more muscles from all my legs. Thanks again for responding.

Hey just a thought. As we expand the upper palate through thumb pulling and mouthguard do we need to also expand the lower palate. I notice my upper palate is a little bit wider than the lower. I’m not really worried about it yet but is this something to consider?
Spacers
I saw on the reviv website these 20 dollar spacers in the back they kinda look like rubber jaw exercise things. Anyone have experience with these?
