hi, i recently started wearing mouthguard and ive noticed that after a long session, i get a temporary overbite, this seems to really scare me because in order to make my bite sit together aligned i have bring mandible forward, i wanted to know is it supposed to be like this? or should i be concerned and not use it anymore? my goal is bite correction and teeth alignment, but this overbite after wearing it scares me, please help me
