Coaching Workshop (Client Maturity Journey)
Today, I walked through the client maturity journey with Glenn and identified where MaxusAI's competitive advantage sits in the market. At the end of the exercise, we identified Glenn's need to work on creating a strong need for the ongoing use of Maxus to secure ongoing SaaS revenue and we came up with a plan for that.
