From one weight to two: small wins add up!
Last night I shared a short clip on Facebook and TikTok about a shift I’m really proud of. A month ago, I could only carry one 25 lb weight at a time. Now I’m walking with two — one in each hand.
It’s not about the numbers. For me, it’s about what happens when you keep showing up, even when it feels awkward or slow.
Progress in the gym mirrors progress in life: small steps, repeated over time, start collapsing the “old” version of you and building the new.
I’d love to open this up here:
What’s one small win you’ve had recently that felt like proof you’re moving forward? Doesn’t have to be fitness — it could be emotional, spiritual, career, grief, or daily life.
Let’s celebrate the little shifts, because they’re the ones that add up to the big transformations.
