Break the Loop: When Your Morning Doesn’t Go As Planned
Have you ever noticed how easy it is to feel off just because your morning routine didn’t go “perfectly”? Maybe your favorite podcast wasn’t up. Maybe you scrolled instead of journaling. Maybe your usual rhythm just... wasn’t there. Here’s the reframe I use (and it really helps): “I’m grateful. This interruption is helping me break the loop.” Sometimes the nervous system needs a small shock to move stuck energy. The moment things don’t go as planned? That’s often the exact moment something deeper can shift. If this happened to you recently, take a breath. Say yay for the loop breaking. And trust that movement is medicine. I’d love to hear: Have you felt this before? Do you notice certain disruptions actually help your healing?

@Stephanie Sailer Excellent ideas Stephanie. How are these changes going? (Side note, I usually go to the same grocery store because I rarely take time to slow down and look at things.)

@Stephanie Sailer Good points. It's nice to hear your point of view. 💚
Celebrate your wins!
Celebrating one of my wins this week. I am learning more and more about digital marketing and having an online business. I love learning. I love realizing how far I have come. What win can you celebrate this week? Comment below so we can congratulate you. 🎊✌️💚✌️🎊
This week’s wins
I completed week 10 of doing personal training twice week. I could barely walk two years ago because of my knees. I am almost 52! Take a step, no matter how small! You can do it! Share something that went well for you this week!!!

Congratulations Stephanie! Great job!
Duality vs. push/pull?
This week I am experiencing a lot of sensations as my body physically remembers the trauma experienced on August 15 last year when I did everything I could to save my husband’s life. As I move through this for the first time, I felt a call to post this video and I hope you’re having a great week.

@Stephanie Sailer Why is that confusing? It seems logical to me.

@Stephanie Sailer Do you always look so deeply?
Hello
Hello there. I am Suzanne Horrocks, of Suzanne Horrocks Wellness (the name is too long and I need to change it. Maybe Suzanne's Wellness. Who knows.?.?.) I am also a widow. My husband died suddenly and unexpectedly on Janiary 20, 2012. It's been a while. I can't imagine how different my life would be if he hadn't died that day. I am officially older than him or my sister will ever be. Somehow my sister's death hits harder but maybe it's because she died in Novsmber of 2020, only five short years ago. Maybe it's because I didn't mourn her. I'm not sure what that would look like. Thanks for having this group and this space for us. I'm leaving Facebook, but I REALLY miss the social aspect of social media. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.

@Stephanie Sailer I had no idea about safflower oil doing that to people's allergies. I have heard that consuming local honey helps because the pollen of the allergenic flower is collected by the bees but in quantities that our bodies can handle. Not only handle, but make antibodies for, although honey is ultimately sugar so a lot of people won't try it.

@Stephanie Sailer I have zero tips on how to organize your info and groups. I'm learning Skool too. I am trying to transition off of Facebook. Although the user base is enormous there.
