Welcome to the Herbal Nook
This is a space for integrating plant support into your daily rhythm—through teas, tinctures, oils, and intentional care. You’ll find reflections on herbs for the nervous system, cyclical support, and the sacred practice of making. I’ll be sharing the posts here. You’re welcome to reflect, ask, and add your experience in the comments. No advice-giving. No quick-fix language. Just a return to grounded care and shared exploration. To start: What’s one plant or practice you already reach for when you want to feel more settled?

Welcome to SacredHer 🦋
Welcome, sis, This is your space to land between monthly gatherings. A container for integration, daily practices, and the witnessing that happens when women come together. This work isn't linear. Some days you'll feel regulated and magnetic. Other days you'll wonder if anything has changed. Both are part of the journey. Your nervous system is learning to hold what you're calling in. And you don't have to do it alone. Welcome home. - Tamie

Blue Moon Protocol | Layering Oil + Tincture + Heat
This is what I do when cramps or perimenopausal discomfort show up and I want to meet it directly. - Warm the oil and apply to belly - Add heat (bottle or castor pack) - Dropper of tincture with cramp bark, chamomile, ginger - Lay still for 5–10 minutes and breathe into it This isn’t about forcing relief. It’s about creating the conditions for release.

Belly Oil | How I Use It for Regulation
This is part of my actual regulation practice—not skincare. I use belly oil: - Clockwise on the abdomen before bed - Layered with a heating pad during cramps - As a sensory grounding ritual before intense days The herbs I infuse (wild yam, calendula, cramp bark, chamomile) are chosen for how they meet inflammation, stagnation, and tension. Even if you don’t use my oil, this is something you can try.
