Blue Moon Protocol | Layering Oil + Tincture + Heat
This is what I do when cramps or perimenopausal discomfort show up and I want to meet it directly.
  • Warm the oil and apply to belly
  • Add heat (bottle or castor pack)
  • Dropper of tincture with cramp bark, chamomile, ginger
  • Lay still for 5–10 minutes and breathe into it
This isn’t about forcing relief. It’s about creating the conditions for release.
