I use belly oil:
- Clockwise on the abdomen before bed
- Layered with a heating pad during cramps
- As a sensory grounding ritual before intense days
The herbs I infuse (wild yam, calendula, cramp bark, chamomile) are chosen for how they meet inflammation, stagnation, and tension.
Even if you don’t use my oil, this is something you can try.
