New Here, intro-ing, excited to connect

Hey yall,

My name is Sova. I joined to learn the ways in which I can heal my nervous system from a NDE, and bring more stability into my body, mind, and routines.

A little about me is that I am a student at City University of New York. I study critical indigenous theory, and acoustic ecology. I have 9 cats that go hiking with me in the woods. My dream is to open an environmental education center and teach children Indigenous History and philosophy, as well as deep listening and music making. I currently live in North Carolina.

I would like to share some of my singing as an intro. I am a throat singer and the cold weather is perfect for the cracks to emerge.
