What are your hobbies and rituals?
I’d like you to know what types of things you’re deeply into. I am a creature of many hobbies and rituals, but one that comes to mind is coffee. I make espresso every morning that I grind by hand and It’s a very special time for me. Making good coffee for those I love is something i enjoy doing. I like to drink espresso with milk and ice and nothing else, or i like to make my own mochas from scratch. I also like to add a mushroom mix to it for health :) When i make another cup (here shortly) I will show some pictures of some of my tools in the comments. How do you like your coffee? What are your hobbies?

When was a time recently when were fully present? If that time has been a while, find the time now and come back to this post. Ill go first. For me, I enjoy being present in nature. It is difficult to see your reflection in boiling water. What does this mean? It means when you are angry, it is difficult to see the truth. Only when you slow down, it will be revealed to you. If you slow down a little bit, you will notice a little. If you slow down a lot, you will notice a lot. If you slow down completely, you will see things as they are. Anger is not evil, There are appropriate times to feel it. If a lion attacks you or your loved one, perhaps that is not the best time to practice peace and thoughtfulness. That is a time to respond with action. When your situation does not require immediate action, do not give it. Allow yourself time to breathe and be calm, then you can respond. May you feel peace and love ♡
