What are your routines, rituals, and habits?
I’d like you know things you do at any time of day that are important to you and you do regularly. For me, my routines and rituals are important to me. I dont have many habits because of the way my brain works. I may tend to do something every day, but it’s always manual and not automatic like how others describe habits. When was a time recently when were fully present? If that time has been a while, find the time now and come back to this post. Ill go first. For me, I enjoy being present in nature.
