This week's challenge: do (at least) 3 short mobility sessions. 5 to 10 minutes. Before your run, after your run, or on a rest day. It doesn't matter when. Just get it done. โœ… Rules 1๏ธโƒฃ Do a 5 to 10 minute RUNNING-focused mobility session 3 times this week 2๏ธโƒฃ Check in here each day with a quick note on what you did. Your challenge this month: pay attention to what you eat before, (during) and after your runs, and share an update once a week for 4 weeks. This is NOT about eating perfectly. It's about being curious and intentional about how nutrition affects your running. โœ… Rules โฌ‡๏ธ 1๏ธโƒฃ After at least one run per week, post an update using this format: [Your Name โ€“ Fuel Log #1], [Your Name โ€“ Fuel Log #2], and so on until you hit 4 comments total. 2๏ธโƒฃ Each update should include what you ate before, during (if anything), and after your run, and how you felt. Be honest and reflect! 3๏ธโƒฃ Everyone who posts all 4 updates will be entered into the monthly spot prize draw. ๐ŸŽ Prize: NeverSecond Fuel Package! It can be anything: - A distance you want to hit - A run you've been putting off - A pace you want to hold - Simply getting out the door a certain number of times โœ… Rules 1๏ธโƒฃ Post your goal in this thread at the start of the week. 2๏ธโƒฃ Come back on Sunday and tell us how it went. 3๏ธโƒฃ Everyone who participates will be entered into the weekly spot prize draw.
