Revenue is not the full scorecard. A business can make money and still be costing you your health, peace, relationships, and identity. The goal is not just more sales. The goal is a business model that creates profit without destroying the person building it. Growth should give you more options, not more chaos. Build for cash flow, capacity, and quality of life.
