Let Go of Control
As business owners that might sound counterintuitive? Since most of us are control freaks, but hear me out.
Wanting to ALWAYS control EVERYTHING will only give you stress, anxiety and probably health problems down the road.
That is why you create SOPs and give people the responsibility of those processes! To release some of that need to control.
The key to letting go of control is TRUST:
In the process you created
In the people you hired
In yourself
Trust that the challenges you face are not roadblocks but opportunities for growth!
