@Dave Davis I'd say that's a symptom of a bigger issue. Contractors don't struggle because they can't release production, they struggle because they don't have a documented process that tells them when production should be released, who owns it, and what needs to happen before it moves forward. Without a system, every job becomes a judgment call.
