This morning I had a moment that hit me.
While I was still in bed, comfortable, I started thinking… Something, Steve coach…”someone else is already up. Someone else is putting in the work, improving their systems, becoming a better leader, getting ahead”.
And I realized — if I stay comfortable, I fall behind.
I didn’t like that feeling.
So I got up.
Today I’m choosing to step out of comfort and do the work required to grow.
