Imagine what WE can do with just a few digital assets, some commitment, and creativity.
Listen...
Richard Branson wanted to start Virgin Atlantic.
You know what you need for that?
A Boeing 747.
And a couple hundred million dollars.
Branson had none of it.
So here's what he did...
Called directory assistance. Got Boeing's number. Rang 'em up.
"Hey, you got any 747s sitting around doing nothing? Can I lease one?"
They hung up on him.
He kept calling.
Eventually the switchboard lady got so annoyed she transferred him to sales just to "get rid of him
properly."
Sales guy says: "Listen Mr. Branson, we have ONE customer in the UK. That's British Airways. You're not them. Goodbye."
Branson says: "I know, I know... but humor me. You got an old plane just sitting there?"
"Well... yeah, actually we do."
"And if British Air wanted it, what would you lease it for?"
"About $200-300K a month."
Now here's where it gets interesting...
Branson structured the whole thing backwards.
Customers pay for tickets MONTHS before the flight. Fuel gets paid 30 days AFTER the plane lands.
Lease payments in arrears.
Negative working capital.
He launched Virgin Atlantic with ZERO equity.
Zero.
If you can start an airline with no money, you can structure ANY partnership deal with creative thinking.
You don't need capital.
You need a partner with an underused asset and the creativity to structure terms that work for both of you.
The question ain't "what do I need to build first?"
It's "who's got something sitting idle that we could turn into shared revenue?..."
The good news is?
has given us all the tools we need to do deals that spit out five and six figures. And you've got leadership in here to help ya steer the ship when it's going off course in the storm.
So my question is this...
What unused asset could you turn into a deal this week?
Because we're not launching airlines here...
This is WAY easier.
In your corner,
