Hey everyone 👋
I’d love to get some feedback or perspective on an idea I’ve been mulling over.
I’m currently part of a sales team for a fast-growing company in the AI space. We help 9-5ers and business owners start their own AI agencies.
So this means I already have access to a strong partner who’s built a big audience and has multiple offers ranging from a $27 five-day challenges to high-ticket programs and done-for-you services (up to $100K).
So partner with Audience AND Prahdukt... check (they have a combination of digital products, coaching, and even SAAS)
They’re growing quickly, mainly through paid ads.
One problem they are facing is the long sales cycle.
One idea is to repurpose one of the recent 5-day challenges into an eBook or similar front-end product to warm up leads faster and create an easier entry point into the ecosystem.
Another idea, inspired by what did with Make Them Beg To Buy — is to propose building and managing a Skool community for the partner. It could be a powerful way to nurture leads and build deeper relationships, but I’m not entirely sure how open they’d be to that approach just yet.
I’m probably overthinking it a bit before reaching out, but I can definitely smell the opportunity here and would love to get some outside perspectives from the group before taking the next step.
