Haven’t got nine deals in the works that’ll retire the misses… or mister…

Aren’t wheelin' and dealin' with the Ronin Stars in here slingin' five-figure pay days back and forth…

But ARE in here and have been paying attention, and more importantly - want to be like those RockStars I alluded to above…

Here’s how you can do the same crazy shit they’ve been touting, braggin about, and showing you what is in fact possible if you figure out how to get some deals going.

It’s simple, Travis has laid it out multiple times.

It’s literally the ABCs of sales…

Always be closing.

Which is not only wrong, but sorta gross.

It’s actually Always Be Connecting (or, better stated, Always Be Opening Conversations).

However, most people who do that (constantly connecting) are often misinformed, ill-equipped, or simply pointing and shooting at anything that has a heartbeat and is within six feet - also gross, and way less effective than it ought to be, if’n you wanna make money without turing this into a full time j o b.

Now, before I give you the secret, which isn’t a secret at all, I need to provide you with just a little bit of context AND out a couple of secrets that are indeed ACTUAL secrets.

Numero Uno

Peretos' law is called a “law” for a reason. Because it is so accurate, so much of the time, it’s not even a rule, it is literally how things ARE.
We’re talking about numbers here…
The 80/20 of it. IT = everything. I’ll do the math for you here in a few to prove it.

Numero Dos

You may not be aware of what you were actually buying by signing up for this group, to be informed of hidden secret knowledge, taught financial wizardry, and literally given the keys to financial freedom by our fearless Leader, Big Daddy T (you may know him by his given name, Travis Sago). Yes… But
What you actually bought was your way into The Room.
If you understand how valuable that is, how much of an OHMYDEARLORD that is, AND ARE APPLYING IT, you’re likely not going to need what the rest of this post gets into.
If you weren’t aware that that's what you were actually buying your way into, let me break it down for you.

The reason a very small percentage of people have an actual excess of money…

The reason so few people have many, many streams of income hitting their mailbox, bank accounts, PLURAL… not just their checking account…

The reason so many deals get done on the golf course, in the stands at horse races, on the private jets headed to the only North American show, __________ is playing this year…

The same reason 92% of all the sales in any organisation are done by 1% of the salespeople…

It's because you gotta be in The Room where the deals get made.

And like La Cosa Nostra, it’s damn hard to get into “The Room.”

Unless you’ve got a decade or two in an industry… and have taken the time to establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships… and a bunch of them.

Or, you’re best buddies with a lucky someone who SuperNova’d, and they don’t care if you ride their coattails…

Or unless you got lucky and Daddy was “Tha Man” and you ended up with his connects…

You gotta make your own way.

And, lucky for you, it ain’t hard. And it doesn’t have to take decades, or even years.

ESPECIALLY IF YOU CAN GET IN THE ROOM WHERE THE DEALS ARE BEING MADE.

That’s what Ronin is… But, you gotta do your part, you gotta play a part… and for EVERYONE in The Room, that part is to be creating opportunities for MORE deals to be made.

It’s a club. Rarely can you buy your seat at the table… that’s what we’ve done here, you and I. We bout a seat at the table.

Now all we gotta do is bring deals to the table… and that’s the only way to unlock the real value of this group you’re in…

And getting the deals is really simple.

So simple that most people WON’T do it because it seems like it should be more complex.

Why listen to me?

I retired from sales and working for someone else before I turned 40. I live in a castle in the mountains on a ton of private land in a secluded paradise. I don’t “work” and the “play” that I do that you might call “work”, I do because I want to, not because I need to.

I got the girl, our kids are grown and out of the house and I can have damn near whatever I want.

And I got there by doing a very simple thing.

And then I kept doing the thing, and kept doing it, and kept doing it.

Until one day, I didn’t need to do it anymore… but I kept doing it.

I’m doing it right now.

Can you guess what it is?

Here’s a hint: 5 X 5 In 30, over and over and over like it’s my job. Pretty cool to work 30 minutes a day 5 days a week… maybe you like working all day and all night, not my bag.

Back to the numbers.

As deal makers, our job is to open conversations. Then, have those conversations and repeat — open more conversations, have those conversations… and so on.

This is where it could get really complicated, but it doesn’t have to.

This is where people get really sophisticated and screw it all up and turn it into a grind, but it doesn’t have to be.

This is where people get all weird about what people respond with or if they even respond at all, but that’s not required.

It’s a numbers game, and if you use the framework Travis gave us, and (here’s a secret) if you know what you’re looking for, and (here’s another secret) you find 5 of them a day, 5 days a week, and ASK them a simple question…

Travis says that “we’re getting 75%-100% response rate… doesn’t mean you’ll do deals with all of them, but even if you’re a blind squirrel, it’s hard NOT to find a nut every once in a while…”

Ok, I added that last part… Travis doesn’t speak to us like that, and no, I don’t think you’re a blind squirrel…

The point is, if you do the damn thing every day five days a week, here’s the math (and let’s use traditional sales math, WAY LESS than Travis says we should expect to get a response from):

100 connects a month (5 people a day, 5 days a week = 25 ppl/week… times 4 weeks a month… you connect to 100 people a month...)

20 of those people will agree to a conversation.

4 People will agree to do a test.

1 of those tests will (ALMOST CERTAINLY) turn into a real deal.

Now, keep in mind, these numbers are based on traditional sales math, for cold callers, who generally have no idea what the prospect actually wants…

It’s called a grind for a reason.

Now, let's run a version of Ronin math:

If you connect to 100 people, make them the Ronin offer, 75 of them will respond…

Holy crap! How many tests do you think 75 responses would turn into? 15 tests? 20?

If you started with targeted people, made them a Ronin offer, test drove a dozen or two deals every month…

How many of those do you think would turn into ongoing deals?

I bet it would take less than a month for people in here who haven’t yet done a deal to get their first or maybe second deal…

I bet there would be people in here who go from a onesie-twosie occasional deal to doing deals regularly.

I bet people in here who didn’t think THEY could do it, would find out pretty quickly that they COULD.

I could go on and give a bunch more examples…

The point is, if a bunch more of us were doing THE DAMN THING more often, this group would get way more valuable for ALL OF US pretty damn quick.

I don’t know about you, but I like money, I like making money without doing a bunch of work. I like doing cool things with cool people.

I’m here renting access to a group of people who are doing deals. I’m going to leverage that.

Figure out how to do this in less than 30 minutes a day… so it is done and out of the way before I’m done with my coffee so I can do other things than “make money.”

If this goes over like a fart in church, I’ll simply do this on my own, I’m actually not much of a people person anyway, just sayin. And, I’m not here to talk anyone into doing something they don’t want to do…

But, if I had to bet, I’d bet there's a bunch of people in here that would love to post about how they just did a deal that is going to pay off their house, buy them a fancy sports car, or even just bring in enough money to cover all their bills. You in?
