Weakness on one side
Hi all, I’ve gone right back to basics and realised doing forward and backward bubbles I’m not so strong on my left side and the rights doing the majority off the work. Tried to really focus on making sure my left foot was working as hard as the right and found bubbles suddenly really hard.
Does anyone have any pointers on what I can do to even things out?
