Happy New Year
Happy New Year everyone. Did you set a New Year Resolution? What was it? Mine is actually related to this group. For the last few years with the Roadman Podcast i've been trying to have a wide impact with a lot of people. For 2026 my goal is to have a deep impact with a much smaller group/community. Super excited to build on what we've started in 2026.
Happy New Year

2026 is almost here... what would it take to commit for 1 full year?
Hi all, We recently added the annual membership option last week (which is $390 cheaper than monthly) Could I please have your help to do some research and improve our community? For those of you who are not on the annual plan: What would it take for you to commit? What type of training, support or something else would you need? For those who joined the annual offer, what made you say "YES this is a no brainer?" Thank you for your help ❤️ Anthony ps here the annual sign up link https://www.skool.com/roadmancycling/plans

Welcome to NOT DONE YET (Start Here)
Great to have you here. This community is built for riders who believe their best chapter on the bike is still ahead. Whether you want to get fitter, faster, leaner, stronger or simply fall back in love with cycling, you’re in the right place. Before we get rolling, let’s get to know each other. Drop a quick intro under the "introduce yourself tab" in "communities" • Who are you • Where you’re riding from • Your cycling goals • And most importantly… a pic of your bike This is a community of support, accountability and shared passion. The more we show up, the more powerful this space becomes. Looking forward to meeting you all and helping you write the next chapter in your cycling story. Let’s get after it. You’re not done yet.

Advanced screening (Skool member)
It was a pleasure to sit down with top rider, cycling historian & Roadman collective member @Mick Cusack for a long conversation about the troubled history of cycling on the island of Ireland. Some great Sean Kelly & Stephen Roche stories in here too
Pacing and power during outdoor rides
I have spent a few months training on the turbo and using erg mode for my tempo/ threshold efforts. I did my ride outside today and was surprised but how poor my pacing and feel had got. Using erg seems to have made my legs lazy and not actually knowing ow to put out smooth consistent power when doing efforts. Interesting in thought on if erg mode is to blame for my poor outdoor pacing?
