This came to me this morning.
Good morning gentlemen,
This was a shocking revelation this morning that came to me on Easter morning, and one that not just applies to those that still have parents alive. This is also to those that we have in our lives that we sometimes take for granted as being around. I don’t know who needed this or if someone needs to remind their children of this.
One day your parents will become your children; not in age, but in need.
There will come a time when they will forget things. When they move slower, ask the same question, and need help with stuff that use to be easy.
Don’t see it as a burden. See it as love… being returned in a different form.
Call them more.
Visit them more.
Speak softer while you still can. Because one day… the phone will stop ringing.
