Question about jackets

Hey everyone

Because I have a summer wedding coming up I have been looking to get a linen quarter lined or unlined suit jacket to wear.Because my budget is low I have been looking to thrift.My question is because 99% of them are beige do you think I could wear a beige jacket with all of my shirts (even dark navy or black) or does it look tacky and I can only wear it (and it looks great) with a classic white shirt
