Final outfit of the year and I wanted to go out with the crazy Oxfords. Moreover, they matched the tie my boys selected for me this year. It's a Silvio Fiorella, who I believe makes the most beautiful ties in the world (artistically). I'm not a fan or actual real-life items being drawn onto ties, so I asked my wife how attached they were to this particular tie. The response was "VERY". They took several days to come to agreement on it, so it is absolutely staying in my tie collection for good. Now it's a reason to bring out the crazy Oxfords!

Shirt: White Nordstrom shirt with tiny herringbone pattern

Slacks: Santorelli light gray wool slacks with a faint check pattern

Jacket: J Abboud black wool odd jacket, 2 button and single breasted

Tie: Silvio Fiorello duchesse silk tie, self tipped and hand rolled edges, with a pattern of ancient villas and gardens

Collar Clip: Large collar clip in silver from Fort Belvedere

Belt: Milorde black leather belt with a silver buckle

Shoes: Girotti purple leather (from the purple cows) Oxford dress shoes

Socks: A nearly perfect purple match with these midcalf socks from Southern Scholar, purple background with white plus signs
