Need some hair advice

I need some help on a haircut that suits my face. Every time I go to a place to get my hair done they ask "what do you want?" It makes sense, but to be honest, I don't know. I don't what style suits my face, or what haircut would look best -- for me.

Any suggestions? Any barbers here? To be honest, now that I let it grow, I'm kinda really liking the long-hair thing. Plus, it's winter -- who doesn't want hair? Also, many men don't have hair, so I want to flaunt it while I can.

Love some input. I kinda feel like Richard Gear in Office & A Gentlemen -- I'm about to get it shaved lol
