Need color advice for Groom getting married.

My fiance and I are getting married. The ceremony will take place at the family horse ranch in front of the large luxury barn. Theme is "Kentucky Derby". Formal attire is NOT required, but I'm still trying to keep it classy.

I've decided on a 3-piece black tuxedo with a notch lapel. I will wear either my black Ariat Western boots or black Chelsea boots. The bride is wearing a white and fuchsia dress. I'm wanting to play with colors of tie and pocket square to complement her choice, but there's no way in hell I'm doing fuchsia.

A quick complementary color search suggested deep aqua and gold. I was thinking either solid colors or black with trim colors. Also somewhat torn between a bow or necktie.
