Looking for a jacket type

It’s winter in Japan but not the (much colder) winter I’m used to. Just a little chilly. I have pretty much worn hoodies my whole life and trying to change my style at 40. I can find lots that I like but nothing seems to suit me. Want to get a jacket that’s not too heavy that fits these colors if possible. (All new clothes/shoes) I just want to look better than before.
