Little mistakes lead to...

I once, about 12 years ago, accidentally wore the wrong socks to work. Not a real problem, I was the boss and I could do what I wanted. This had nothing to do with setting standards etc., I was secure in the knowledge all that was fixed in place.

The problem was me. Once I'd noticed I felt uncomfortable all day, my concentration was off and just to prove the point; here we are 12 years on and I still think about the day I wore a pair of socks that were lighter in colour than my navy suit.

What minor style errors have you made and do you still think about them.
