Judge my look if you would

Im in need of honest feedback back from anybody who's willing to give it. How does this look? Is the coat too dressy looking with the bowtie? Is the red and blue too much contrast? Let me know, and be brutally honest.

Another thing I've only just started expanding my wardrobe. So alot my stuff is either random things I found somewhere or taken from a suit, e.g those pants I'm wearing are from a suit.
