How to Improve Your Style in Seconds
The secret?
The push-up. Not all push-ups are created equal... how you place your hands makes all the difference.
  1. Wide hand position at shoulder level → Builds a broader upper body.
2. Medium hand position at chest level, elbows at 45° → Maximizes chest engagement for bigger pecs.
To really feel the muscle work, focus on blood concentration..keep the tension on the target muscles throughout each rep. Aim for about 85% of your max heart rate.. enough to challenge your body without overdoing it.
Tempo for the best pump:
Lower down slowly: 3 seconds on the way down
Pause for 3 second at the bottom (will improve your posture 10x)
Explosively push up: 1 second
Rest briefly at the top, then repeat
This tempo maximizes muscle fiber recruitment, increases blood flow, and gives you that pumped, sculpted look... without overheating your system so you don't get sweaty and all that.
