Early morning exercises
During lockdown I started doing stretches every morning and they really helped - back pain has lessened, and the plantar fasciitis in my left foot disappeared completely.
To motivate myself I always change into 'gym gear' and the mindset shift from nightwear to this kind of outfit is really useful.
I always end with this yoga pose.
