Brotherhood is a blessing
As iron sharpens iron, one man sharpens another.

One of the best ways to look better and feel better is to take care of your vessel. It's the only one you have.
He isn't a part of this community, so he won't see this, but I'm proud of how far he's come, and I tell him often (when I'm not constantly pushing him to be better version of himself).
